Your apartment has a sunny balkony, a fully equipped kitchen, a generously-sized dining area and Grandawasser for drinking for drinking and general use, with unique water quality.
For your car there is an underground carpark with 18 parking spaces. You can enjoy your own Sauna in the apartment and restaurants and bars in the surrounding.

    Deposit: 20 % of accommodation price.
    80 % of accommodation price must be received at the latest 14 days before arrival.

    The rental charge covers the use of the apartment (or holiday house) specified in the rental agreement, and includes use of all equipment/fittings together with use of electricity, gas and water. (Please note the guidelines provided in your individual apartment/house).

    Bed-linen, hand towels, bath towels, sauna towels and child's high chair and child's cot can also be rented if required.
    Bed-linen and hand towels (2 per person) are included in the rental charge. The beds will be made up ready for your arrival. (Not applicable to all apartments!)

    A booking fee is charged for each reservation.

    CHECK-IN
    Your check-in point is at Hochkrimml 104, 5743 Krimml, Austria.
    There is a mandatory charge for the final cleaning of the apartment. The amount payable by you depends on the size of the apartment and is specified in the rental agreement.
    A local tax is charged (also specified in the rental agreement). This is payable to us and we pass it on to the local authority.
    Special requirements can be agreed individually in writing.
